Sweet Flavorsome Cherry Coke Float Cupcakes You Eff to Try

Moist and tasty, cola cupcakes filled with cherry pie stuff, lidded with whipped emollient and sweet redness must be really addictive. Cola and redness stuff, makes these Red Dope Locomote Cupcakes by Belle of the Kitchen truly flavorsome, you eff to try them.

Ingredients
For the Cupcakes:
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • ¾ cup Coke (don’t use diet)
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
For the Icing:
  • 1 cup heavy whipped cream
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Maraschino Cherries, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a standard muffin pan with paper liners; set aside.
  2. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and butter and beat on medium-high until light and creamy, about 3 minutes. Add the egg and beating for an additional minute. In a large mixing cup or small bowl, combine the buttermilk, Coke and vanilla extract. (Make sure you wait for the foam to go down when measuring the Coke and don’t worry if your mixture looks curdled when you add the buttermilk.)
  4. Beginning with the flour mixture, add in 4 parts to the butter mixture, alternating with the Coke mixture. Beat each addition just until incorporated. Give the final mixture a good mix with a rubber spatula to make sure it is thoroughly combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly between the muffins tins. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the tops spring back when touched lightly and a toothpick inserted in the center cupcake comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, use a paring knife to cut out a cone shape in the middle of each cupcake. Add a spoonful of cherry mixture (2 to 3 cherries) to the well.
  7. Beat the heavy whipping cream in a chilled bowl with whisk attachment (or hand mixer), beginning on low speed. Once the cream gets frothy begin adding the powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, increasing speed as the cream comes together until you reach medium-high speed. Whip the cream until it holds stiff peaks (if you dip a spoon in it, the whipped cream should stay on the spoon when you turn it upside down). Pipe the whipped cream onto cupcakes as desired and top with maraschino cherries for garnish.

Delicious Banana Blueberry Cupcakes Recipe

Banana Blueberry Cupcakes
It’s very bad to let me roam around a grocery store on my own, which is how I came to realize I had several bunches of ripe bananas on the counter attracting several of those little banana bugs that fly around the kitchen every time you bring even one banana home.

I could use the Internet in my brain to look up the scientific name for the banana bugs but I need to recharge and I think you know what I mean anyway.

Banana Blueberry Cupcakes
And at the same time, why do berries go bad so quickly? I could also research an answer to that question as well but I don’t need to explain myself twice.

Banana Blueberry Cupcakes
Get yourself some old bananas and blueberries you don’t know what to do with because you bought four cases at once.
Or is that just me?

Death By Oreo Cupcakes

They are probably the best Oreo cakes I have ever tried. A lot of cake's that I have experimented with before are like a vanilla cake with bits of Oreo in them, which didn't really give them enough Oreo flavor. But these were a lot better. I used a dark chocolate fudge cake mix instead of just a regular chocolate cake mix, which went really well with the cookies and gave the cakes just a little more flavor. So, in this recipe there is Oreo's in the cake, in the frosting, and at the bottom is a Oreo surprise. That's right, you put a whole Oreo at the bottom of the cake. The cookie stays firm, which makes it a little interesting to eat against the soft cake, but it actually gave a really yummy crunch. Overall this is an amazing cake. Super full of flavor and so fun!! Enjoy :)
Estimated Cooking Time: About 25 to 30 minutes

Ingredients
1 package Oreo Cookies, regular size
1 package Mini Oreo Cookies, for decoration (optional)
1 package chocolate cake mix (mix according to directions on box)
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup butter (1 stick), room temperature
3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cupcake liners

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix packaged cake mix according to directions (do not bake). Line cupcake tins with liner, place a regular size Oreo cookie in the bottom of each liner. Take 1/2 of remaining cookies and chop coarsely and add to cake mix. Fill the cupcake tins. Bake for 15 minutes (or according to box directions). While cupcakes are baking make the frosting.

Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla, then add powdered sugar slowly until blended well. Chop remaining regular-sized Oreos very fine (I put the cookies in the food processor instead of trying to chop them up super fine and it worked out really well). Add to frosting. After cupcakes have cooled frost and decorate with Mini Oreos.
